Tom is responsible for sales to all US based retail partners and plays and active role in the companies pricing structure and policies as well as the forecasting and demand planning process.
Tom’s entire career has been in sales or sales management. Prior to joining RSC in 2003, Mr. Feiten was with Invisible Technologies for 3 years where he was involved in sales and product development. In addition to his 13 years in the pet industry he has 16 years’ experience in the building products industry with Louisiana Pacific and Owens Corning Fiberglass.
Tom grew up in Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University in 1985 with a degree in Marketing (BA). Tom lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife Sabrina and 3 children, Patrick, Hannah, and Olivia.
